# How to withdraw USDT from Binance to Walletium

Tether **(USDT)** is the most popular and widely used [**stablecoin**](/knowledge-base/glossary.md#stablecoin) in the cryptocurrency market. As of November 2024, Tether **(USDT)** operates natively on 15 different blockchains, including [**Ethereum**](/assets-management/ethereum.md), [**Tron**](/knowledge-base/glossary.md#tron), and others supported by **Walletium.**

**USDT** can also be deposited, transferred, and swapped on the **BNB Smart Chain (BSC),** where it is referred to as USDT [**BEP20**](/knowledge-base/glossary.md#bep-20). BEP20 is a token standard built upon Ethereum’s [**ERC20**](/knowledge-base/glossary.md#erc-20-and-erc-721), offering greater flexibility for token creation and lower transaction costs thanks to reduced gas fees.

## To transfer USDT from Binance to Walletium, follow these steps:

***

## **Step 1: Set Up Your Wallets**

1. Open both your sending and receiving wallet applications ( **Binance** and [**Walletium**](https://t.me/walletiumbot) ).

 Ensure that you have an existing address on the corresponding blockchain for receiving assets in your [**Walletium**](https://t.me/walletiumbot)**,** or create a new [deposit address](/walletium-object/address-types/deposit.md) if needed.

{% hint style="info" %}
The most important thing is to make sure both platforms support the same asset on the same network. This is especially crucial for **USDT**, since it operates on multiple blockchains.

8. Enter the amount of **USDT** (**Step 9.**) you wish to transfer and review the withdrawal details carefully before confirming. This includes the **address, network selection, and transfer amount.**

## Step 5: Confirm transaction

1. You can track the transaction progress within the Binance app, which typically displays the status of your **USDT** transfer.
2. Once the transaction is complete, verify the **USDT** balance on your [**Walletium**](https://t.me/walletiumbot) correspondent address. A notification for the incoming payment will be displayed in the [**Push History**](/control-panel/push-history.md) once the transfer is executed. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the transfer to reflect in [**Walletium**](https://t.me/walletiumbot)**,** depending on the selected network.
