Withdrawing USDT from Crypto.com to an external wallet is a simple and secure process that allows you to manage your digital assets independently. Whether you’re transferring funds to another exchange, a personal wallet, or a cold storage solution, this guide provides clear steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free withdrawal.

By following the outlined process, you can confidently move your USDT while avoiding common pitfalls like incorrect network selection.

To transfer USDT from Crypto.com to Walletium, follow these steps:

Step 1: Set Up Your Wallets

  1. Open both your sending and receiving wallet applications ( Crypto.com and ).

Ensure that you have an existing address on the corresponding blockchain for receiving assets in your , or create a new if needed.

The most important thing is to make sure both platforms support the same asset on the same network. This is especially crucial for USDT, since it operates on multiple blockchains.

Step 2: Copy the Receiving Address

Step 3: Complete the KYC

  1. Log in to the Crypto.com Exchange.

  2. After you have logged in to your account, click Wallets.

  3. Find your cryptocurrency to withdraw and select Withdraw. You can then:

Withdraw to an external wallet address, or withdraw to your Crypto.com App account if you have linked it with your Exchange account.

4. If you are withdrawing to an external address (and not your Crypto.com App account), you will first need to add a withdrawal address by selecting Add Withdrawal Address.

Step 4: Address whitelisting

To increase the security of your funds, withdrawal address whitelisting is required whenever you want to send cryptocurrency to a new address.

Note: Please note there will be a 24-hour withdrawal lock on the newly added withdrawal address if the feature is enabled.

1. Go to Accounts (Step 1.) and tap on Crypto Wallet

2. Tap the Transfer (Step 2.) button > Withdraw (Step 3.) > External Wallet (Step 4.)

3. Click on the + Add Wallet Address button or the "+" (Step 5.) in the upper right corner > Wallet Address to add a new withdrawal address

4. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (Step 6.)

5. On the Wallet Address Details page:

a. Select the network you wish to use, type, paste or scan the withdrawal address (tap the blue QR code icon to scan the address) (Step 7.)

b. Give your wallet a name (Step 8.)

c. Click the button Continue (Step 9.)

6 Complete the verification required:

a. If you’re using a Trusted Device, you will be required to enter your passcode

b. If you’re using an Untrusted Device, you will be required to verify with your passkey if it’s set up, or enter your passcode and the 6-digit verification code generated by your authenticator app

Step 5: Making a Withdrawal

To make a withdrawal:

1. Go to Accounts (Step 1.) and tap on Crypto Wallet

2. Tap the Transfer (Step 2.) button > Withdraw (Step 3.) > External Wallet (Step 4.)

3. Select the whitelisted wallet address you wish to withdraw to.

4. Choose the currency and enter the amount.

5. Review and click Confirm on the confirmation page.

6. Complete the verification required:

a. Verify with your passkey if it is set up.

b. Verify using SMS OTP and the 2FA code generated by your authenticator app if you have not set up a passkey.

7. Your withdrawal request is then submitted. Please wait for the withdrawal to be processed.

Step 6: Withdrawal request confirmation

  1. Once your withdrawal address is confirmed, you will receive a withdrawal request confirmation email - that means we have acknowledged receiving your request and will process it as soon as we can (usually instant, but should take no longer than 2-3 hours to be processed). You will receive a separate notification, once the request is processed.

Find the USDT address where you want to receive funds in the address list, and copy it completely. Double-check to ensure it is copied correctly.

To withdraw cryptocurrency from your Crypto.com Exchange wallet you must first complete the process.

Once completed, confirm the USDT balance in your . A notification will appear in the Walletium's when the transfer is processed.
